Nice to meet you :D and welcome to the forum. So what kinds of models do you enjoy folding, or what would you like to fold?

There are several books that are good for getting into complex models.

Robert lang: Origami Zoo

Jun Maekawa: Genuine Origami

Michael LaFosse: Advanced Origami (gives instructions for 15 models as well as paper instructions for backcoating, painting, and recipes for homemade paper pulp)

Robert Lang: The Complete Book of Origami

Peter Engel: Origami Odyssey

So I may be able to recommend alot more if you give an idea of what types of models you would like to fold.

Ben
