Hi to all From India

Post by LEARNandTEACHwithFUN »

This is Mshah from India. I have started this origami channel LEARNandTEACHwithFUN on you tube.
Here is the url
http://www.youtube.com/LEARNandTEACHwithFUN

Through this channel I wish to teach Kids the fun and creativity associated with Origami. Initially I have uploaded simple and easiest How to make a Paper Planes/Boats/ Fishes to get started. In all i have selected around 100 simple & easiest paper models to upload before starting Medium and Difficult level origami.

I want all of you to check my channel and give feedback. Your suggestion and comments will be helpful in improving the look feel and content of the channel and be Viewer friendly.

Hope to hear from you..

Thanks.

The key is to ask right. If you ask for Tissue they will give you paper napkins.
Here is a little guide:
Tissue is kite paper
Kraft is brown paper
Washi is rice paper
For others just ask for handmade paper.
I highly suggest banana paper. The one we get in india is very good for folding.
I hope i helped.

Welcome to the forum!

You could get Baking paper which is really thin, quite strong and you can buy it from a local Grocery Store.

Or you could go to the stationery and ask the list chesscuber said. :)
We're all stories in the end.

For starters just try tracing paper.
You will get brown paper everywhere.
Which city are you in?

Are you on Facebook? I am originally from TN now in delhi.
In TN you can contact the Origami Society of Madras.

Specifically, there is a folder named Jagan Raj, ask for him.
