it has one pic of some stuff i folded and some info about origami if any of the info is incorrect please let me know emmidiately(i dont think i spelled that right)

oh btw, it's not really sure that origami was started/invented in China ;)

done, check and see if the image is working please it was working when i checked it but then again it was working when i first put it there

i had exceeded my hourly tranfer limit so the site was temporarily unavailable but should be available again in about 30 minutes

No wonder you exceeded your bandwidth limit... your "little" image is a whopping 1.5 Mb. Every time your page is loaded by someone, that image gets downloaded. Resize the image to something smaller, especially since you're only showing it at a very small size anyway. Then you won't run in to bandwidth problems so quickly.

And you're still talking about origami being Chinese. The word is Japanese, actually. The origins are unclear, and it could be Chinese, Japanese, or perhaps even Korean in origin.

Other possibilities can be found in this topic.
Origami is a very old art, as old as paper or even older (if you count folding other stuff than paper too, also if the word does mean folding paper). If it´s origin can be found in Asia is a question that we will never be able to answer. It could be and it could not be but the most probable version would be, that it was developed at different places from different people long long ago.
