Thanks!
I'll check that out soon. Do you have a digital or 'manual' camera?

I have a digital camera. In close up mode, it can focus on objects that are between 8 and 13 cm away. In normal mode, it can only focus on objects that are 80cm or more away. So I can only get decent photographs of models that are either fairly small or very large.
Apart from that, it's not bad. It's a Fujifilm FinePix A202, and it cost £150 at Argos.
Nice!

I just got the new Fuji FinePix F601 Zoom Super CCD (priced at RRP £400) from Hong Kong.
Still learning how to use the damned thing, but images aere nice. Trying to figure out how the macro option works.

I've recently put up several new photos, including a Yoshizawa pelican, a couple of Fuse modulars, Jeannine Mosely's curved bud, and Mario Adrados Netto's bat-winged dama.

Hi JMcK,
Ahhhh, I love modular origami models. But it's a hard job !
For now I try to do a "Menger's sponge", like this one :

The level one is done, now I go to the level 2. And now it takes
a long time

.
Regards.

The models in your gallery are nicely folded and photographed.I like the quick rose, how is it done? Where is Kawasaki's lizard diagramed? and do you get your elephant hide online?

I like your gallery too, especially Kawasaki's fox. Where can I find diagram?

Thanks for the comments, guys.
Kawasaki's fox is diagrammed in Origami for the Connoisseur and in Origami Dream World.
The quick rose and the lizard are diagrammed in Origami Dream World: Flowers and Animals.
Origami for the Connoisseur is still available from Amazon. I got the two Dream World books from Sasuga books:

I buy most of my elephant hide in A4 sheets from a shop in Belfast. (They sell it under the name "Rustik". I think it's sold as Wyndstone Marble in the USA.) I once ordered a larger sheet (50 x 70 cm?) from Kim's Crane, but I don't know if they still sell it in that size, and I think their website is down at the moment.

Oh. My entire Yahoo! album disappeared into the ether a week or so back. (If it wasn't a free service I would be quite miffed.) Anyway, I've re-created it and uploaded some new photos and some of the old ones.
