From where to start?

I'm a beginner in origami.
Well, I'm not the kind of guys that fan't fold a square to an half, but I can't make complicated models.
I like to make this kind of paper crafts:

And there, I can make almost all.
So, my questions are:
-Can anyone please give me diagrams for an easy and beautiful origami? please don't give me very simple origami, I would like a challenge.
-Does anyone know another site like the site I gave? I like it very very much.

this might be question better suited to the diagram forum. but if you want some diagrams for models, this is a good site.
