Juan Arriagada, editor of Mini Neo, is looking for an interviewer for the magazine. The interviewer must have acceptable knowledge of origami and the origami community, of Microsoft Word, and also know Spanish as well as English. That person can't be part of any official origami group. Bear in mind it's a noncommercial project.

If you know someone that can help, please contact Juan at origamijuan(a)gmail.com

So I got Juan's answer. Spanish is a must: one, our discussions within the magazine's group are in Spanish since half of the group (including Juan himself) doesn't know English, and two, some of the interviewees only speak Spanish.

Thanks for the offer GWB origami :).

We just posted the translation of Mini Neo No. 8 in English. You'll find diagrams of "Michael Jackson" by Sebastien Limet AKA -sebl-, as well as of the Little Fox by the same origamist, and even a third model by Julien Gritte: Mobycchio. Juan Arriagada interviewed French origamist: Barth Dunkan AKA Magic Fingaz.

Please thank Chris Taylor for his work translating the magazine. We suggest updating your Adobe Reader to the latest version to read the issue.

Hope you enjoy it!

Mini Neo is planning on posting a special number in December to celebrate its anniversary and it needs your help to make it happen. Starting now, the magazine will begin to receive diagrams that will pass through a selection process, and those chosen will be part of the number.

This is a message from origamijuan: "Mini Neo's special edition was canceled! The diagrams that we received weren't what we were hoping for this special edition. Thank you for those who offered their works, I'll delete them from my inbox in order to avoid problems further on. It was also canceled because we didn't receive enough and we needed more time to receive others and edit them, and during this days that's impossible for me.

Warm greetings.

I hope I can edit it next year

Sorry for the loooong delay! After a coule of months we've finally uploaded Chris Taylor's translation of Mini Neo no. 9, the August issue .

This issue includes diagrams for José Luis Eduardo Hernández Santos' "Fairy on Iris"; that's one long name and one beautiful model! We are also sharing an interview with Leyla Torres, some info about paper size and origami, and finally, a small tribute to Rick Beech. Like I mentioned, it was supposed to be ready in August... did I also mention I'm sorry?

Please thank Chris for his big help translating the issue.
