Are there any folders from Belgium ?

I'm from Gent, one of the very few in belgium i believe.

Herman van Goubergen was in Antwerp last I checked.

Yes I am studying in Leuven atm. I would love to meet up with folders from Belgium as there are no clubs that I am aware of. feel free to PM me....

Any of you guys (or girls) know what elephant hide is called in dutch? Olifanten-mest papier ofzo?

I just found a large art store in antwerp with a huge selection of papers, would be nice to find some elephant hide paper...

I found elephant hide in Schleiper in Gent, i get all my paper there, unryu, tant, tissue,... . They call it "olifantenhuid"

Great, I will visit Gent at the end of this month and will pick up some paper. Am looking forward to using the elephant hide paper for some wetfolding

i must say that they not always have elephant hide in stock. So you have to get lucky!

I know that this a very old thread, but hey, I just registered and I'm from Belgium too.

This is amazing how it seems that very few folders are active on the Internet in our country. I guess that some french speakers must be registered on the french forum, but is there a dutch forum too ?

Anyway, greetings to all my fellow citizens and, as a Belgian, ... cheers ! (a pitty there is no beer smiley )
