I don´t understand step 21 of the sheep by Jun Maekawa (origami tanteidan 8th convention), if anyone could help me here XD

21-22: fold the corners up, creating something like a preliminary base.
23: fold corners in creating something like a kite base
24: unfold loose layers behind
25:crease, connecting the bottom parts of the two pointy things
26:something like a reverse fold
27:a petal fold/squash fold

just so you know, thats illigal if you don't own the book and against the forum rules. I'm just telling you before one of the mods catches you, they are very strict on that rule

it is not against the rules to post portions of the diagrams, though.
he probably owns the book and downloaded a pdf version to post the pictures of it.
