Transformer

I was playing around with a modified bird base yesterday, and discovered a very interesting origami figure. It starts out as a duck, But transforms into a person. Has anybody else made 'transforming' models?

there are diagrams for someone maybe gareth louis' transforming thingy on papercrane.org
