Satoshi Kamiya has nothing against selling his models in his FAQ, and I already know that Shuki Kato doesn't have a problem with it.

there is already a thread about this where a bunch of people listed their opinions on this, so go read that.

and Origamigeek, you really need to use something other then printer paper...
try wetfolding or using foil paper.
a) Where is this in Satoshi's FAQ? Because I looked and found nothing.

b) Wet folding printer paper = automatic failure. It's not quality paper and they aren't quality models for wet folding so I don't see how it would be a good idea for him to wet fold them. Clearly he needs to work on crisp clean folding before moving on to a different paper or advanced techniques.

Oh I see what you said. I read it with punctuation and intonation. xD
Sorry 'bout that.

Basically read it as this:

"[Satoshi Kamiya has nothing against selling his models] [in his FAQ]"
Just in those seperated parts.

Again sorry. But yes, OrigamiGeek does need to practice before moving on to different papers. He's doing fine for now it seems.

I've sold stuff at local arts and crafts shows for mostly $50 and under, (though the original Western Dragon V2 sold for $100). Just last year I made an Etsy account and have sold a couple models there (I need to post something new) and I feel the prices are completely reasonable, I wouldn't mind some input from you guys though:

Brian Chan has his Flying Mantis for sale on Etsy as well, I admire the guy's origami talent to the utmost, but $3,500 is simply way out of my price range.
