Re: PLEASE REPLY- Where can I buy this for the lowest price?
It depends where you live, as far as taxes and shipping for a ~$45 USD book.
Note: Japanese only

origami-shop used to carry it for like 35$ USD if you lived outside of europe, but they no longer have it in stock

Re: World of Super Complex Origami
the one online has A LOT of errors, plus the book includes like 12 other cp's plus 4 diagrams.
the Ryujin 3.5 cp has m/v lines and partial diagrams, also.
but it is only worth buying if you think you can make the models in it.

The book also has detailed descriptions highlighting the process of folding and designing diagrams. It specifically goes over basic to advanced techniques (wet folding too of course). I would recommend it to both beginners and advanced artists, that is if u can read japanese. As far as i know, no translations are available for this book. Still the CPs will make it an interesting read.
Re: World of Super Complex Origami
if you can't read japanese, already have the old JOAS with the hojo violinist, and the various tanteidan magazines/convention with the kamiya models, the book is not worth the price of admissions. some patience may be called for; maekawa's genuine origami square root just got its translation.
