Lang doesn't explain this very well, and neither can I without pictures or video, give me some time and I'll post one of these up for you to show you. The diagrams are kinda incorrect.

Oh Bugger - forgot about my task of putting picture diagrams together. I'll try and put together some picture diagrams pretty soon - but beware - tis school asignment time, and I am pushed for time to put something like this together
