Komatsu's wolf, Joisel's rat, Kamiya's crane and Friedman's cooper's hawk.
I can't really decide which is my favorite, I love them all.

My favourite is kade chan's fiery dragon,
it was the first complex-ish model I folded and I have folded it many times.

Re: what is your favorite model
If we're talking about models folded then I'd say Nguyen's Eagle, the detail level is amazing and also I've practiced falconry for a bit so it also has some kind of sentimental value.
If we're on about models in general then I'd say Brian Chan's Kraken attack, I just love it as a whole, the sea-pirateish theme, the separation between the kraken and the ship, the details (the little man caught in the kraken's tentacle is the cherry on top of the cake) and whatnot.
But even tho, it's hard to define a favourite one with so many awesome models around the world.

On that tangent, I like his Suigintou as well. Saw the CP for that one, and it's just...wow.
Re: what is your favorite model
Didn't think Suigintou had a CP, can you post it? I'm curious about it since I heard it's the hardest model he made so far.
Re: what is your favorite model
It's very, very difficult to narrow down one's " favorite" model .
First, one needs to ask " favorite, in what respect ? " .
My spur of the moment choices might include any of the following, for different reasons :
$ Star of David - Fred Rohm
acrobatic elephant and vixon - Roman Diaz
le Chien (dog) - Nicolas Terry
$ koi - Won Park
Rata and dwarf - Eric Joisel
rose - Kawasaki
butterfly - Michael Lafosse
maple leaf - By Jassu ( Kyo-seok Oh )
Rabbit - Jun Maekawa
Pig - Quentin Trollip
Western Pond Turtle - Robert Lang
Snowflake - Dennis Walker
Horned Owl - Komatsu
White Socks - Jun Maekawa

My favourite, at least in terms of "most often folded" is probably Montroll's Goldfish from his and Lang's book Origami Sea Life. I've folded it so many times that I could probably do it from memory by now!
(Edit to add: on the google image search for "montroll goldfish" the third one along is from my blog! W00t!)

My favourite model is the tarantula by Robert J. Lang.
Re: what is your favorite model
there many three suigintou models Brian chan and Horiguchi Naoto - san. both can be found by search on Flickr browser or image search
the c.p from tomohiri Tachi and Kotoki is more difficult as they reside within the post log warehouse aka archives .
i can post a link of a forum tweet but admin are weird about posting diagrams without authors permission.

Admins are also weird about answering to topics that are ten years old. Do you really think that whoever asked a question back then hasn't found the answer by now?
Re: what is your favorite model
If by "favorite," you mean "models that I keep coming back to again and again," then the traditional crane, and the 2-square dachshund (technically one square is cut into a rhombus). Both are made with crane bases; I guess I have a particular fondness for the crane base!
