It's all those strange extra little limbs.

What extra little limbs? She only has those two tails.

The tricky part is her chest, actually. The color-changes are gonna be tough since the model is open-back. I might do a closed-back version in the future though.

Wings x2
Arms x2
Legs x2
Big ears x2
Flappy bits @ the back x2

I make that 10. There's even more if you go into detail, or add colour changes.

The Latias I've been designing doesn't have any wings.

Then what are the things on it's back?
It has 4 liimbs near the front by it's stomach, and 2 things on it's back that i call wings.

@Baltorigamist You probably want to design the latias yourself, but perhaps the cp of latios by Shintaro Miyamoto might help? (A picture of the model is in the first page of this topic, but the website it used to link to is long gone--but I found it in a different topic.)

According to a friend of mine, they are wings.

I'll have to look at those later, since I'm on at school right now and they blocked it, but I managed to come up with what should be a workable base yesterday. (Now if only I could keep the paper from tearing--gotta have it folded by the 2nd. :x )

@Baltorigamist @Harpseal
Some minor trivia: according to Bulbapedia, they are wings as well:
...The lower half of her body is red with jet-plane wings and stubby feet that are similar to ones Crobat has. Latias has a blue triangle-shaped ring on her chest....[and] white and red arms can be tucked into her body in order to reduce air-resistance when in flight. The upper-half of Latias's body is white. She has triangle-shaped ears and a red face with a white pentagon in the middle.

I figured they were wings; I was just confused when Harp referred to the wings as different limbs.

To be honest, I was confused myself, so I can't blame you. :)

Don't wings count as limbs?
I'm confused about whether i'm confused or not. I think....

I'm confused!
Also, the sort of frayish spiky bits at the back may require thought....

Wings are limbs. You just listed wings separately from the "flappy bits."
