I've folded Quyet's Fox with that size before. The photodiagrams are free, but I'm having toruble finding them again to link them.
Re: What To Fold

Re: What To Fold
Thanks for the suggestions !
I actually folded Quyet's Fox with a bigger paper.
@Harpseal: The diagrams are in the description of the photo http://www.flickr.com/photos/ori_q/3813 ... hotostream
I've fold Nguyen Vo Hien Chuong's Monkey and I'm making Quyet's Horse with the red/white paper I had.

Re: What To Fold
Oh, I meant the little one (the fox cub) with the small paper, but whatever works for you.

A tiny place to post my things. Enjoy~

Re: What To Fold
You may have already done it, and i'm not sure about unryu paper, or the colour, but Satoshi's Wizard may be good, it is diagrammed.

Re: What To Fold
and I have that book! the tan would make a really good model for that...and the model isn't that hard, i test folded to the base a while back.
Re: What To Fold
With the yellow unryu, you could fold SK's phoenix. I've folded that model from 45x45 double tissue paper before.
Re: What To Fold
That's a good size to make iron man with as well, but the colour isn't really.

Re: What To Fold
ah, thank you! thats a great idea! I have been wanting to make this model for a long time now, and failed miserably with tracing paper. i was also thinking of doing his Wasp 2.6 with it, but that crease pattern intimidates me...I'll test fold it with cheaper paper, first, then buy some more unryu and make it.dragon wrote:With the yellow unryu, you could fold SK's phoenix. your obsessed with iron man. but yes, it is a good size, but it isn't a good colour (as you said) and i'm not so sure i want to make it...yet. i would rather use TF.Harpseal wrote:That's a good size to make iron man with as well, but the colour isn't really.

Re: What To Fold
May I suggest a complex lobster for the red unryu?
Artur Biernacki's came into my mind, but it doesn't have to be that model.

Re: What To Fold
1) about 18 inches (45cm)
2) light green (same colour both sides)
3) thin kraft
4) kraft/banner paper
5) high intermediate to complex
Looking for something that would look nice in this colour. Thoughts?

Re: What To Fold
Andrey Ermakov's mantis shrimp. the diagrams are in Tanteidan Convention 17.
that may be too thick for the model though...
EDIT: bah, oops, i read that wrong. you need a paper more than twice the size you have to make that model, but it would be a beautiful colour for it.
