an argument, or a conflict always takes two people.
is it better to forget this and be nice to each other, huh, relax, think about it for 7 days, and then send im to others, ok

I think this rule is just to protect others on the site from aggressive/abusive methods. such as shouting. It is not there for others to pedantic over. heading a model with nice fat red writeing is not abusive(shouting) it is just making the post clear and concise for those who want important information to stand out so that they can scan quickly through the site.
