The one in the link seems to be a simple variation of the kawasaki rose, some how without the kawasaki twist.

I visited the website where the image originated. The artist claims his roses are unique and you won't find them anywhere else, and he doesn't credit any other authors in his product pages, so they are probably his own design. Did you check out the "more about us..." link on the home page? His name is Nicolas Prudhon.
