New Box-Pleating Method

Post by JeTt »

Hello everybody! This is a box-pleating method i invented that let's you creat a box, building, and many skatepark ramps, while still having lots of flat, left over paper, for more things to fold! I invented this 2 years ago when I was 9. I created a city with a pool, and a skatepark. That was just the start... If you want to see how its done, i will try to get it as soon as possible because im am also emailing Robert Lang about it too. Hope you enjoy!

Guys, pull back. This is an eleven year old with a growing excitement in Origami, not a troll. I expect to see some ingenuity, and rediscovery, along with patient folding that should be encouraged. It may not be as earth shattering as Mooser's Train was, but may provide a new perspective or new tool for Origami design. No reason to stomp on new creativity, at a time when it can be illuminated and forged...

I was pretty pissed when I heard about box-pleating and discovered it had nothing to do with folding boxes :-x, so I really would love to see this :D

Oh I hope my reply didn't seem mean. I'm just saying, it sounds a bit far-out. If it's real though, sounds awesome. I also agree that a little more proof (pics or something) would help his case out. If it's genuine it would be an amazing design tool
I would rather fail trying than fail without trying....
