Hi, can anyone help add a pythagorean stretch to the top left corner of the cp?

Just to the left of the top diagonal, have a crease go 3 units left and 1 down. From there, another crease goes 1 unit left and 2 units down until it meets the diagonal on the side. Just mirror that on the lower right side and connect the creases like you would a perfect stretch.

I'm sorry, but I am kind of confused. Can you draw it for me?
