Value of This Origami Book?

Post by Baltorigamist »

So I just got my hands on a 1961 copy of The Art of Origami by Samuel Randlett that's in good condition, with only a few notations in the margins from the previous owner.
Anyone have a clue what it would be worth?

Anywhere from $5 to $25. It's not rare, if I understand correctly.

Correct. Most of the books from that period are only valuable to the Origami community, and only to a small percentage that appreciates those models or the history. However, there are some useful models in that book.

Thanks for the info, guys. I didn't really expect it to be valuable, but I was just curious.
