I made Ryan MacDonell's Wraith (ever heard of him?)... It's a bit rough, though...

Image

It's kind of sad, because I'm Ryan (that's why you never heard of him)

"Boy on Scooter" from one uncut sheet of 15cm x 15cm Japanese foil

Image

I've designed this model challenged by Anna (origami_8). It was actually quite simple and turned out exactly like I wanted on first try. Box-pleating with 32nds, based on a human figure designed by Anna, modified to make one very long leg.

Beware children! Riding a scooter can be very dangerous!
You can easily lose your balance...

...and end up like this:

I folded the Displacer Beast by Joseph Wu.
Image
I was unable to figure out how Joseph folds the head for this model, so mine looks more like a bear head than a panther.

I think that the panther head makes it look much nicer... :D Almost cute  Good job

you're obviously either unable to edit your posts or too lazy to do. and I don't know, what's more annoying. I have corrected your post, so that the picture links are working

Swordsman by Eileen (Wolf) folded after CP from 20cm x 20cm japanese foil

ImageImage

I knew, before starting to fold this model, that it definitely needed a colour-changed sword and cape and it turned out exactly like intended, because the flaps for both are positioned in the CP so that a colour-change is easily possible.

I really like the hero-pose of my result :-)

You can find the CP with description in Eileen's blog: http://powerwordfold.blogspot.com/2006/ ... dsman.html

Dang, I should start backcoating and making duo coloured paper; it's nice to fold a monocoloured sheet and not worry about white edges, but then you miss out on colour changed stuff as well. Good job! :)
