looking for a tree to serve as a background

Post by Mir Numaan »

i am looking for any type of tree that could serve as background for my models.I coudn't find any little plants here as its winter here. so if anyone knows a nice origami tree, or any other thing that could be used as a tree for background please share it!

It looks like i am messing it all up
in short, a tree for background for origami models

Sometimes I use the branch after I eat a grape as shown in the picture above, and sometimes get some big tree branches where constructions are held(they cut the tree so if you ask them you can get them free)
For an origami tree,I simply crumple some brown papers to look like it(if you give the brightness to be a little dark when taking the photo, it will look like a real one :) )
I hope this would be helpful!

There is a pretty nice tree by John Montroll in Licence to Fold, if you have access to that.
