How often do you print diagrams in PDF files before folding?

What do you do with diagrams in PDF files?

Post by Gerardo »

I wish to have an estimate about how many folders fold from diagrams directly from a screen and how many print the diagrams first.

Can you please share us your thoughts?

If you prefer, you can just vote. It will just take you a second and it will help me tons!

I don't print pages ever. I like it that I can zoom in on certain points with a pdf.

I print them out if I want to put them in my binder filled with diagrams of models I like.

But if it's a model I just want to fold once, I fold it on the screen.

If I really want to fold the model I print them out. I prefer to fold somewhere else than in front of my computer, there isn't much space here. Only occasionally I will fold in front of the computer, most often only simple models with less than four pages.

I just put the PDF on my phone and fold from that.

I print the interesting and the fun diagrams. But I usually follow them in the screen.

I print only the diagrams that I know I'll fold again in the future. The ones hat I only fold once I load to my phone because I don't have place to fold at my computer table.

i cant stand folding from diagrams on a computer screen.....that being said...at work i have unlimited paper that i can use to print....so ive never been shy about printing diagrams. I used to save the ones i really liked in a binder like RazzMatazz does.....but after a while...my binder got HUGE and now i just print diagrams as needed.....usually disposing of them after i complete a fold.

Usually just follow them on the tablet, but sometimes will print them out if the wife or kids need to use the tablet.

I use an ipod, so when I see a good PDF diagram, I open it in ibooks, and if I need to, I print it.
I finally got it to say something under my posts!
