Here's a picture of wrinkle-less double tissue. I precreased a six by six grid so you can see the way it holds creases. Practice practice practice! This has been like my billionth time trying it.
And here is a video I made showing how to cut a square. You can easily use this method to cut a square from double tissue too. Just try hard and then if you really cant do it, I'll try to help you out again.
Depends on how thick the glue is in the first place. Like it has already been said, try making it the consistency of egg yolk. But normal white glue isn't the best to make double tissue.
You can just try it. If you aren't sure and don't want to waste too much paper you can try it with two small pieces of paper instead of large ones. With white glue you will have to apply the glue onto one sheet and then add the second sheet on top. It definitely won't work to place the sheets over each other and add the glue on top like you would do with MC and bleeding tissue paper. Apart from that I'm pretty sure that you can find MC all over the world, be it as wallpaper paste at hardware or paint stores or as thickening agent at pharmacies, ... If you just go to the hardware store and say you want MC, they won't know what you are talking about. Say you want wallpaper paste in powder form. It is also the glue that is used to glue posters on big advertisement walls. So you could ask the people that hang up the advertisements whether they might be willing to share some glue with you.

Be warned, white glue will stick to a surface much more readily than MC, glass included. You'll need to peel the sheet off before it's dried.
PVA is working like charm for me XD! the final sheet is awesome! its thin and crisp. although i am still unable to get a wrinkle free sheet

the paper was almost wrinkle free and i thought to fold a easy cp. its from 15 cm
i need some suggestions on what should i fold from it next because the paper worked amazing for this model and want to fold more models from it. thanks everyone especially Ben and Anna for their kind tips which helped me a lot
Nice double tissue Ben! Is that the tissue paper Shuki uses? Do you like it better than non bleeding tissue?
