From a Post-It note. Might try again with good paper if I get around to it. Cool little model, by the way.

Ok, how about this one. From 4" square of double unryu.

Here is my attempt:
Simple model, but effective. Folded from 18x18 cm packing paper, painted yellow with watercolour paint.

Re: Monthly CP challenge-December 2014
Hey there!I am new to forum and I have just discovered these challanges. Since I am trying to get experience at cp's they will be very helpful for me. Much thanks to whoever invented that challenge. One question though.
Did you guys find some references on that cp or did you just print it out? Beacuse I can't see any references

Re: Monthly CP challenge-December 2014
So I saw the reference at first sight after reading that reply (thank you for that)
and here is my fold of it. I tried to give it better feet and a 3D body. Hope you like it.
By the way can anyone tell me about the rules of monthly CP challange? Who decides what the model will be? What is allowed and what is not? etc.
P.S. That's my first try on uploading images. Sorry if i did it wrong.

Looks great Can!
As far as rules go, I've not really competed in these either (still in the slow process of learning to fold from cp, lol). I believe, though, that the winner of one months challenge picks the CP for next month. Generally it is something that has not been diagrammed (although it would seem silly to cheat on a challenge that is just for fun and has no prize). I think anything is allowed, as long as it is a legally published free CP (i.e. not something that is only available in somebodies book).

That was fun!
A Christmas kiwi.
I may do the final touches and take a normal picture tomorrow.
