What are the dimensions of a US dollar?

I ran out of fresh bills for folding and I would like to cut paper to the right size.

15.5 (.5 is a half) by 6.5 centimeters.

In this thread you can learn how to get a rectangle with the same proportions of a dollar bill. It comes quite handy when you want to try $ models for the first time. You use a larger rectangle until you master the model
