A recent and "clean" photograph of an old fold, when I had the patience to fold dozens of post-its and a great liking for the penultimate-unit polyhedrons.
I especially like how the light and shadows add to the smooth lines of the crown :D

I designed a bird man:

And a Fish Warrior

Each from a 40cm square of double tissue, and a very similar base :)

Looking on the interwebs for a "Scotch Thistle", I decided I would have a go at designing one for myself.

Insipired by the ribbed sculptures of Paul Jackson, I came up with this design:

Cool model guys! Really well folded Kamiya's Rooster Damian. Hexagonal Box is so cute origami_8. Love the squareness of Sheep Tomasz! Interesting design wonko. Great fold of Crawford's Full Rigged Ship; wish you had embedded bigger pictures. Hélios, WOW... I can't believe you made such a perfect fold of a Tsuchido model from such a small paper :o.

Tortilla origami; it's step 3b of Star-Tato from Circle by Melisande*. Filled with premium ham, mozarrella cheese, and powdered black pepper :P.

First attempt. I know I can fold it better!

Thanks :D That's why I love double tissue, it's very agreeable to fold and you have access to smooth shaping and curves that can look quite well ! About the size... it's not small enough to become a real hindrance on that model ;-)

And I would not have thought to write that someday but... you "tortilla origami" already looks quite nice =D>
