Here is a modified version Dragon 2 by Edwin Corrie.

Start by precreasing both diagonals, 8ths horizontally & vertically.
Collapse the outer grafts, folding preliminary folds on two opposite ends.
Fold one preliminary with a frog base & the other with a petal fold.
Continue with the original instructions steps 1-9.
In step 9, don't mountain fold the front legs. Instead, valley fold the front legs, wrapping the neck in the same direction.
Crimp the feet.
Reverse fold the head, then shape as desired.

Post by Yaroslav »

Hello Matthew
Thank you very much for the great model.
This is the first model which I made from dollar bill.
From this model my love to moneygami was born and it's still my favourite.
Wish you god luck in creation of the new models.

It is an honor to hear that I may have helped inspire you with your folding.
I hope I have the chance to fold your creations one day too!

A friend showed me these, here's a video instruction for it.
I have never seen it before, has anyone else?
If not I would like to get some instructions in print.
Enjoy.
