Post by origami93 »

i am stuck at step 2! i know it is a very early step to be stuck on, but i don't know of a way to divide that side equally into sevenths. the scorpion is in "the complete book of origami" by robert lang.

have you tried using a ruler to divide it and use it to help creasing.

What I did was just go by the picture and guess... so, basically, I went by luck... :D Worked nicely for me!

Lang shows how to divide into numbers up to 1/9th on this webpage:http://langorigami.com/science/computat ... finder.php. scroll down to the last subheading, the links are just above it.
