That's a very nice model I've done it many times but I think it is a traditional Chinese model or so I read on a Chinese book

Sometimes it's really difficult to find out whether a model is traditional or if not, who is the author of the model. I've the instruction from the German book "Pfiffiges Origami" where it is attributed to Sam Cuilla.

I folded a Flamingo. It is a modification of Lionel Albertino's Flamingo from Safari Origami.
