Some things I folded lately:

Image

From left to right:
Hawk on Rock - Seiji Nishikawa
Three headed dragon - John Montroll
Roses with stem - Toshikazu Kawasaki and cluc
Zergling - Eileen Tan
Fawn - Stephen Weiss
Space Shuttle - Seiji Nishikawa

---------------------------------
Here are some larger pictures:

The Space Shuttle was folded from 15cm japanese foil.
By the way this is the only photo I took that represents the real colours of the background, strange, isn't it?

I wanted to try the nice stem cluc invented and showed in this topic. It really looks great in combination with Kawasaki roses.
The stem is folded from double layer mc paper the roses from simple note block paper.

Also from double layer mc paper is this wonderful model:

I think I need a lot of practice with folding from CPs, but also if it didn't turn out as excepted I'm rather happy with my Zergling. It's a very cute model and I'm happy Eileen gave us the CP to try it on our own.
The paper is double mc treated tissue paper made from non bleeding tissue paper, so it has different colours on both sides.

Anna,
My daughters asked me to fold them the Fawn by Stephen Weiss.
Where can I found the instructions for it?

Thanks

The diagrams are in BOS Spring Convention Book 2000 and OUSA Convention Book 2000.

I finally made a Kawasaki rose! And I've only been folding for about a week!! :D :D Bloody hell, I'm so proud of it
Here's a really bad picture of it ( had to use my phone, and its really dark here ).

I suppose it doesn't look too good, but it's my first succesful attempt at making this rose. Copy paper is aweful, by the way. So is locking the bottom.

Nice job Adam for doing a Kawasaki rose with only one week of experience. If you don't like copy paper, try lined paper. It's much less thicker.

As for me, here are the latest models I created last year :

Image

Soldier :
A simple and early design. All I wanted was to make a human with a sword and this was the result.

Image

Sitting Dragon :
Another early and simple model. I designed it back when designing meant, for me, to randomly fold until you get something interesting. Of course, I had to revise it a bit.

Image

Hsien Ko :
This model represents my favorite character from the Darkstalkers video game series. I think I messed up the hat part a bit. Maybe I should drop it in my next version... Anyway, you can always compare the model with the last one on this page created by Satoshi Kamiya.

Take the "direct Link to file" link, it's on the bottom of the upload page.

Hey sunburst, nice Hsien-Ko. I never played the game, but I looked up pics and yours looks pretty darn good. The hat looks good, and you spread the pleats very nicely to get the effects on the sleeve and the whatever you call it hanging down in front of the legs.
