I've used a 620x620 mm sheet of tracing-paper for Indian ink colored with marker ink "Pilot" (red alcohol ink)

I folded the golden-ringed dragonfly (designed by F. Kawahata)

Size: 12cm long, 14cm wide (Foilpaper: 50cm square)

Finally a pokemon I know! That's a pretty good chansey-the only thing I miss is eyes. Nice color change with the egg. Did you use a fish base?
