Can someone who has already done this lion, what does the step 44 mean :S i really can't understand it. Thanks for reading

Looks like a closed sink of a hidden layer to me, so that it comes out to the front, but I could be mistaken, haven't folded the model yet.

It's a closed unsink. Pull out the paper from inside. Those fat reverse/sink arrows are a bit confusing I guess.
If you're unfamiliar with unsinks, check Marc Kirschenbaum's work, along with Origami Insects II by Robert Lang. Plenty of unsinks in there.

Could u show me some image or some link where i can see what do u mean?, i'm trying to sink that part, but i don't want to make a mess

There are like 2 layers on the back (the colored surface). You must reverse fold the top part of that. Then close-sink the the top hidden corner.
