Gray Wolf- refold

I admire most your flamingo, it is very descriptive, like alive. We have many flamingos in our ZOO and probably this is one of them.

When I worked on one order recently, I thougt about what differs dog and wolf. And it is just one thing: pose. You hit the wolf exactly. (Note: model should was so easy to fold with small kids, so forgot to special detail!)

Great work Quentin!

qtrollip - all lovely.
The springbok in particular looks fit to grace the rugby shirt.

Queenzi - is that Montroll's peacock from Origami Sculptures? (Though it also looks like Corrie's variation on Cerceda's 2x1 peacock)
Nice paper for the colour change though, very "peacock-y"

Nice insects Steve!

I really like the swallow-tail butterfly, are you still making tissue foil?

You seem to be making these at a rate of knots, how do you find the time? I struggle to make one decent model a week!

Oh, and your photographs have improved too, nice one.

It's the Edwin Corrie variation :) I just wish the main body part was a solid colour rather than a geometric pattern...

Thanks

Time time thats all I have nowadays. Bad back troubles so cant get around or out to much so gives me somthing to keep me occupied. :D

Yup still makig them all from tissure foil.

Im finding for a better pic i need to have some good daylight then they tend to come out a lot clearer and not so blurry. Also I find the models that are darker and black tend to not take good pics for some reason.

Kind regards
Steve :D

Cicada Nymph designed by Satoshi Kamiya from Origami USA Collection 2008 - 20*20cm Tissue, treaded with methyl cellulose.

The size of finished model is about (cm): 4 in height, 4 in width and 5 in length.
