That's awesome!

I live in Virginia also, so you should, you know, stop by and show me how to make it.

Congrats on the Ryu Zin Zoraz!

Dachshund designed by Artur Biernacki from BOS Magazine Issue 255 April 09 - 13*13cm uncut square.

The size of finished model is about (cm): 3.5 in height, 1 in width and 8 in length.

Very cute!

First attempt at Won Park's Dollar Koi Carp on plain wrapping paper, just to get a feel for it.

The eagle is perfect! though tad crumply though. But still, this is a worthy attempt in making the eagle, and best of all, you gave the bird emotions.

I agree. A very expressive eagle. Nice shaping.

Richmond, which is probably a ways away if you're in the southwest.

I folded some models from Xander Arena's new book "Origami on the Edge".

Crocodile from double MC paper (don't remember the starting size of the square):

Shark from 15cm embossed foil paper:

The diagrams in the book are easy to follow and lead to really cute models. What I found a bit confusing at first is that the same side of a square is shown in different shades of brown and sometimes the drawings get a bit tiny, but all in all it is a good book and I'm glad I bought it.

Lately I also folded some tessellations here is one by Bimbi:

I should refold it with medium weight paper. The first picture shows it folded from 160gsm paper (nearly impossible to fold) the second one was folded afterwards from one layer of tissue paper (pain to fold and it doesn't want to stay in place). The folding sequence of this model is funny, you should try it.

Nice ones ted385!
I particularly like the Bud and Orb.
The Framed Star Tessellation and the Intersecting Squares are really nice too.

Good work on Mikiller's Gabriel. It's a difficult one.
