Dragon Wars!
Great fold, Mike!
Origami artist Galen - you know how much I like that dragon, great work!

On the mythology theme, I refolded my Sleipnir.
From an uncut square, the mane, tail, hooves and part of the face and eyes are colour-changed. Apparently Sleipnir was grey, so I had to refold him!

My Flickr

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.

origami-artist-galen: I like that Dragon.
It reminds of Skie, the Blue Dragon that Kitiara used to ride in the Dragonlance Books, because it looks powerful, yet very nimble.
Here's a picture of that:http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Orion/3107/lance02.jpg
Brings back some memories!

Wow! Its just been one day and this thread has gained a whole new lot of posts!
Arthur: Your folding is tidy and nice as usual
Ahudson: That's incredible! Could you do a zoom in pic, I would like to see the details.
shuki-kato: Nice as usual, though tad crumpled. Still, this is my fave western dragon.
qtrollp: If only we could see the color changes :(
Good job guys!

I like the bull especially, and the toad.
The bull looks like it's from the kami that comes with Montroll Boxed Sets. I've never found a good use for my orange 'starry' sheets either.

And Sara's instructional video seems to have kicked off a veritable dancefloor full of Last Waltzers.

A classic model, though others of his are less well known and practiced. Llopios Moment of Truth (The Bull & Bullfighter) in a similar vein, from the same BOS booklet, being a favourite of mine.

You can see Gilad Aharoni's excellent rendition here: http://www.giladorigami.com/File.php?Fi ... _Elias.jpg
