Just fold along the indicated creases in step 191 and it should collapse nicely. Look at step 192 as a reference. Heres pictures to help illustrate though:

hope that helps

@SYY99 I took those pictures and finished the model a couple of days ago so i cant. Try making the mountain and valley folds as indicated and then collapse and flatten the wing and it should look like step 192. I dont know how else to explain sorry

Its kinda hard for me to see the the creases in your pictures but this is how it should be collapsed:
blue lines are mountain, and red/purple lines are valley

Compared to my picture. (**The part outlined in black is pulled out from behind**)

Glad i could help
Those steps "clean up" the horns so to say. I do them, but i guess they arent necessary, especially if your working with either thick or small sized sheet of paper where its hard to do them.
You make the eyes in step 248. Ive never gotten good details on the head yet so dont feel bad XD

@SYY99 congrats on finishing the model. you just need to do the claws. you can thin them out/sharpen them by making a series of reverse folds to thin the points. did you do steps 200-209 or so?

@DaMaster If you're having trouble with certain steps, just let me know here and i can try to explain/help you with them and illustrate better with pictures.
*Note* You cant fold the ancient with my pictures alone. They can only help those who have the full diagrams in the book "Works of Satoshi Kamiya". There are about 130 photos but 275 steps to complete the ancient dragon
