It's more of a yogurt tub than a container, but it is sealed. Thanks, Jared.
Just one more question: How long does it usually take for double tissue to dry?

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.

It depends on the solution and how much of it you use. Also depends on the paper. I've had it take anywhere from two to eight hours. I usually make it at night and then come to it in the morning. It will definitely be done overnight.

Great. I used a 1:10 ratio with the MC solution, and used just normal tissue paper. Now I'll just have to nod off to sleep, and see what happens. :)

Only two hours?? For me, 8 hours is the low end! Ive had it take up to 15 for all the MC to dry up. For the record, I use 2 sheets of 20gsm tissue paper, and I usually do 2 coats.

The drying time depends a lot on where you leave the sheet to dry. In the humid tropics, if you leave it indoors, the drying time can be overnight or even longer. But if you place the same sheet in the hot sun, it'll dry in half an hour.

Having a stiff breeze helps with the drying process; indoors, you can achieve the same thing by using a fan or a hair dryer (but it's a huge waste of electricity though!)

It depends on a lot of things. The more saturated the MC solution is, the quicker it dries, I think. The more you use on the paper, the longer to dry. On a warm dry day it will dry faster than on a cool humid day.

Also, I think my 1-2 hour minimum might have been on different paper. I know I've had double glassine dry in as little as 15 minutes. And when I made my gold double tissue it took forever.

Jared, why do you think MC shouldn't be stored in a fridge? I store mine always there and it really stays good for a looong time.

Yay! The double tissue worked out, and is an absolute joy to fold. I have carried out my decision to fold Mabona's Fugu, and I am currently on step 67, waiting for the MC to dry.
The MC has kept well in the fridge, so I am going to try to maintain the status quo.
I have just prepared a sheet of single tissue paper, and I am waiting for it to dry.
Thanks for the help, everyone (who helped me/gave me advice)! :)

Oh Anna, I've never kept mine in the fridge. Never had a problem with it staying fresh either. Plus, I wouldn't want any of my roommates accidentally eating the stuff.

This was the most recent MC thread I found, so I decided to ask my question here.
Where do you find MC in Singapore? It will be greatly appreciated if you help. Thanks beforehand.

Homefix, or perhaps even the neighbourhood hardware stores.

Look for this package:
