I would like to see Link from the Legend of Zelda series become Origami
Here's an image for all those who are unfamiliar with the game:
Whenever I do complex Origami I get this sinking feeling.

I'm trying to work on one now since, I haven't seen anyone else do it yet.
Can't afford a pet? Fold one or a hundred! The best part is you don't have to feed it or worry about it making a mess!!!

Hmmm. Reviewing this topic now, most of the things in the list have now at least been attempted. (the very explicit exact single character representations from individual games/anime series excepted.)
Most pleasing to discover was origamimasterjared who, in excellent style, took care of his own request:
