This model is by Mikiller, and it's name is in chinese. I translated the chinese, and found it was called "Shameless". Of course, with many translations, this is probably not too accurate, so I gave the model a name I thought suitable, "Overlord". Here ya go!

A Bunch of Flowers. Each flower is folded from a 9x9cm square, the stem is done from seven strips of 1x8 paper cut from a 15cm square. Everything holds together without glue. The flower is the same like my submission for the Monthly Folding Challenge.

I really like that you can fold the flower in under a minute, it's so simple.

I plan to do so but am still unsure how to draw the 3D steps.

for diagramming 3d-steps a friend of mine takes a picture of the growing model and does copy the necessary lines from a print ...

This is what I do. You can load the picture in whatever diagramming software you use and trace over the main lines that you need in a separate layer.
