He most likely meant 2.1, but accidentally typed 2.0 While there is a very good chance that the 2.0 does exist, I have never heard of anyone folding it, seen a picture of it, or seen even a partial CP. Whatever the difference between 2.0 and 2.1 is, it most likely isn't drastic enough to warrant posting both versions. Same with 3.0 and everything between 3.1 and 3.5

2.0 and 2.1 are the same thing. There has always just been a bit of confusion as to the correct term since there was never a page for the model on Kamiya's site.

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.

I've never seen 2.0 and 3.0.

2.0 is the same as 2.1.
3.0 (which is actually called 3.1) can be found here.

After a 2-month period of not folding, I have decided to take another stab at Ryu Zin 2.1... I want to make this one perfect (not like my tissue foil ones.. ..those were terrible), so I am doing test-folds of the model 1/2 at a time. I'm starting with the bottom half, and am folding it out of parchment paper; it is thin and durable, so I'm pretty sure that paper will not be the problem. I hope it turns out well, and, even if it does not, then i'll probably jsut end up doing another test fold 'till I get it perfect :D

I know 2.1 is the same as 2.0 and so do 3.1 and 3.0. But I've never seen Kamiya write the name 2.0 and 3.0 before...

FInished my rz 2.1! it turned out pretty well, and i'll have pics up soon :) i modified the feet slightly, so now the look like the hind legs of bahamut :D
The only bad part is where the scales join... .the scales are noticeably sloppier in that area  i'll have pictures up within the next week or so :)

Hmmm, after a long delay, I finally got some pictures up of my RZ 2.1 :D

Here they are:
A progress pic of the bottom. The scales are complete, and so is one leg

Belly of the completed model:

For the legs, I folded them as the bottom legs of Bahamut; with three short toes, and one long back one.

Hmmmm, this topic has certainly been slow moving lately... hmm... Well, I finished my newest 2.1 (yay!), all except for one leg, which I will do some other time. Here are some pictures!:

now that classes have started for a lot of us, nobody has time to fold it :P

The head looks a little funky on yours, but the scales are really good!

Thanks! Hmmm, classes.. This is my freshman year in Highschool, so classes are a pretty big deal. I did this over the time of two weekends. I also worked on it a bit throughout the week, working a bit before I went to bed :) And yeeeah, I have no idea what went wrong with the head, but it definitely wasn't satisfatory. The paper was hard to shape right

Also, how would I go about contacting SK? I have a few questions to ask, but can't find a link on his site for "Contact."

There's an email address at the bottom left most corner of the index page:

Ah, thanks, I'll try sending an e-mail there, and hope that I don't send one to some random japanese guy who isn't Satoshi Kamiya :D
