After about 6 hours, I finally finished the folding of Sasaki Sadako from a 60 cm square of kraft paper. No pics yet, because if I don't hold her with two hands, it falls apart...but as soon as I can bring some MC into my dorm room and get it sturdy, I'll post pictures.

edit: Something else I made today: Hideo Komatsu's Wolf.

I think I may have found a new favorite artist.

Yesterday I spent the day folding with a great crowd. It was the first "Chiemsee Meeting" (Germany), and I simply loved it! Here are a couple of things I folded:

i am at the 3rd experiment with double tissue paper! the second was a little bit better then first!!

This is tissue foil glued on aluminium (on both sides), the colour is that of the tissue. I had never seen copper-coloured tissue paper before, I quite like the resulting folding material !
