Hi Quentin,qtrollip wrote:Nice work Shabadu!
The challenge seems exciting, but I'm too old to know about anything Final Fantasy.
Also I'll be in Japan for the whole of December so won't be doing any origami for a whole while...
Good luck to all the participants though.
just a little question:
Does japanese laws forbid
Season greetings to you and your family have a nice trip to Japan

Black and White

Probably the two most iconic jobs throughout the series are the Black Mage and White mage. I'm really digging this challenge because I'm flexing color change skills I didn't know I had. I pretty much grew up playing Final Fantasy; the original was my absolute first video game, so these two were a natural choice. I'm working on diagrams for the black mage right now, he's actually pretty simple.
Oh wow! You pulled off black mage and white mage really well, Shabadu.
I'm really excited about this month's challenge because I have been a massive FF addict in the past... not quite so much now though, but it's still a topic close to my heart. ;D
Not quite sure if my design skills are actually up to participating in this (most likely not), but it'll be great just to see what everyone else comes up with!
(And yup, this is my first post in this forum... heading straight to the FF one of course, lol
*hides under a newbie rock and disappears again*)

Welcome, Keiori! It doesn't matter if the model is very simple, just upload pictures of the completed model, and I'll be impressed that you designed something for the challenge. I didn't make my first (and only entry) till a couple months ago, and think that it's great to get started right off the bat
.
And we've all been under that newbie rock at some point or another (to be honest, I haven't even been here a year, so I wouldn't say that I'm not kinda new to the forum).
Anyway, nice wizards, Shabadu
