Fortunately, we have an excellent paper maker creating excellent handmade wet-foldable paper right here in Ohio. I suspect the price will be far less, and the samples with which I've been able to work have been utterly outstanding. Look for great things at Centerfold.

So if I get this right,it's very thin yet strong paper?

There are only 12 sheets for each colour, and you can only get 1 per colour

I bet they'd be all gone tomorrow

I'm glad this paper is available to everyone now, I love origamido sooooo much. I ran out but if I'm luck I might get to make some with him this month. :D

Yes, price is expensive. Sorry for that.
However, non european will have chance to not pay european fees.
That's mean one sheet not cost 10€ but 8.1 € (10.3 $)
That's pretty close to the price of sheets sell by Mickael Lafosse himself (8-12$ per sheet)

I ordered a sheet of dragon red! Hey Terry, how often will "occassionally" be? I am thinking about getting my hands on more, but if it's out of stock, will it be a long while before they are restocked? Depends on if Lafosse makes them? :)

To be honest, I really don't know if I could have new origamido papers in futur. It was an unique circumstance that Mickael accept to sell them some for my shop.
But of course, I'm working to have this amazing paper in futur. Wait and see....

I've ordered 3 sheets and am I right now considering what I might use it for (after practice with something like unryu). Satoshi's "Little Bird" comes to mind as does his minotaur.

I'd be interested to hear what others are planning to do with their sheets taking into account its size (40cm2 max square) and thinness.

cheers

I'm going to fold the Ancien dragon by Kamiya Satoshi from a red paper, and also his Cyclomatus (Tan 12) with a dark green paper. I will probably use Methylcellulose for the final shape of the tips.
