Personally, I think this is the most beautiful fish I saw so far. Unfortunately, there are no CP or diagrams from Mr. Hsi :(

Anyways...enjoy that great Betta Fish he designed in 2008.

Origami book by Hsi-hua Liu

Post by gordigami »

Hsi-hua Liu is very probably one of the most gifted, creative origami forces on this planet .
Unfortunately, he is also somewhat of an enigma, in that his great talent has generally not disseminated, via publishing, far from Taipei, into the Western world.
He has been generous in sharing some of his diagrams & cps, although I hesitate in providing more specific information, in that he may prefer minimal attention . He, undoubtedly, has his reasons for staying low-key in the West.
While I would be thrilled to see a book from him, I also must respect this very intelligent man's right to decide if and when to make his work more accessible .
May I wish success to all who cope with the mountains & valleys of Life,
with all its peaks & depths, as well as Origami .

You know, he's posted several diagrams and CPs on his Flickr... it's not like he's hiding his work or anything.
