Scorpion by Robert J. Lang from the book "Origami Insects and Their Kin", folded from 20cm Terry Tissue Foil paper.
I was really amazed how good the paper handled the nasty Unsinks that can be found plentiful in this model. It neither did rip nor get bad wrinkles or white edges.

Thank you!

If you feel that the model deserves a bigger picture, you can always post a preview picture with a link to a bigger picture. So everyone who wants to see more details can follow the link. That's what I do most often by uploading a bigger picture to flickr and make the picture clickable on the Forum so that you come to the flickr page.

Hi Anna,
With your permission in quality of site admin,
I propose to all friends of this fantastic forum, a collection of money to
give Joshua a truck of astringent products because I think he is plagued
by very serious and bad form of foldorrhea!
:D

What I don't get is why he wants to show that to us...

Anyways, I've been getting into folding miniatures with the scraps of paper that are cut when I cut paper into a square. I've folded John Montroll's Protoceratops so far.

Folded from an approximately 7.5cm square of tracing paper.

I have also folded Fumiaki Kawahata's Caucasus Beetle, twice.

Hey, come on people. Josh is clearly not a skilled folder, but you have to give him credit for his enthusiasm, self-confidence, and designing talent. Maybe you're just jealous of the attention he's getting, but your comments serve no purpose other than self-aggrandizement. Please correct me if I am mistaken (I'm just a "Newbie") but I thought the purpose of this forum was to learn about origami, not showcase your own talent and degrade that of others.
