I understand the steps, but maybe I did something wrong around step 50 because my layer don't unfold correctly..it's like trapped
in my opinion I folded wrong the instruction at step 56 "repeat behind": must I repeat behind the steps 49-56?

that dragon is really small u did a great job if that paper is thick like you said!

for step 59, go back to 49 and do those steps again. thats what "repeat" means

its a squash fold = you will have to do that many times for this model

the left and right borders of the "triangle" rise up from the table towards you and become kinda round because of the crimp.
just do the crimps well and you'll see the borders rise....in any case you unfold everything 3 steps later.

I know that we are noob and annoying but I think I can get this model folded, I know where i made mistake and it's hard to finish at first try for a non skilled!

and you don't know what's expecting you!

it's hard to find useful information in this thread, I usually use GOOGLE and write:" ancient dragon step 38" ->he give me always links to the correct page of...this thread

okay.

it's not ragnarox's (or anyone else's) job to walk you through the ancient dragon, step by step. if you are requesting help with each sequential step, maybe the model is TOO HARD for you, and it's time to try something else.

it takes A LOT of time to make all those photo diagrams, and he's already been very generous.

there ARE other models out there, the ancient dragon is NOT the beginning or end of origami!
