You captured that hippo perfectly, Quentin. I laughed out loud when I saw the hippo submerged in the blue paper, because it looked so much like what I saw during my visit to Krüger National Park.
Very nice Foldymole!
I think it would look better if the background is smooth (that crinkle in the background paper is a bit of a focus point at the moment and interferes with the flowing motion of the robe). Just my opinion...
@Ariel, so you've been to the Kruger! Great stuff, I love it there. Thanks for the compliment!

is that allowed?
If the model needs no extra curves to represent its subject well, it is probably not well-suited to the theme. But, if you think a model is in a distinctly curvey spirit (regardless of how the curves are made), I would say go for it and I will leave it to the judge to decide.
Greater Butterfly Orchid.
It's the real orchid, but do to my lack of experience, I decided to add a bit more fantasy, elongated the petals, and made them look more flowy.
Owl. Extremely crappy, probably because it is one of my first attempts with minimalism.

By the way, New flickr doesn't allow bbcode to woryk and show pictures on forums. ( that's why I posted the link instead of the actual picture). I HATE NEW FLICKR!
