"-dono" means 'master', and a sign of respect, more so than '-san'

Robin

First draft

Folded from a square of tissue-foil (orange American foil backed with black tissue paper.

I accidentally made the beak too early in the folding sequence, referencing it against the visible part of the head before doing the wings. Folding the wings exposes more of the head though, so the beak is too small. This bird is 100% closed.

ok So i finally solved Lang's tarantula diagrams. It took about 5 pieces of paper but i did it. So my last test was on 6 inch kami paper. It was very thick and very small, so I modified it greatly in order for it to look like a spider. I discarded the fangs and made the pedipalps the fangs instead.

Don't be scared of the paper. Make the paper scared of you!

Spotted Ladybug by Robert J. Lang. I know it looks messy and as if there's a leg missing, but this photo doesn't really work with this fold.

Vixen by Roman Diaz. I finally got around to refolding this with 20cm gold foil paper.
Keep folding!

My interpretation of R. Lang's Koi:

It differs from the original as I folded something wrongly. From CP.

I'm seeing a piglet, but I have just folded a pig. Regardless, it's good folding.

Quentin Trollips' Pig.

First attempt (and it shows), but great fun to fold. The most pig-like of the origami pigs I've seen.[/img]
