I really need to fold more Montroll stuff. sadly the montroll fanpage project obviously died somewhen
it was a good idea for a great designer.

ok, here are my new models:
this is a kind of wasp from the video-game final fantasy...
this is just a normal flower...
this is a dragonfly...
and at least a seahorse...

Murex by Robert J. Lang
I really liked the folding sequence of this model. Next time you have "Origami Sea Life" at hand you should give it a try. It's a fun fold

thx^^...
but its very simple...and boring
just make a fourfold crane base, sink all the flaps to the half angle(what a monotonous work^^...no, you can also save time by just folding the sides to the centre instead of the whole sink-orgy^^), then turn the insides of the leafs outside...
oh, i folded the murex very often, beacause it looks simply great and it´s not very complex...^^

very good job, Kaimon. I like the seahorse most, followed by the dragonfly
at least we have one good complex designer in Germany

but these 4 models have taken a very long time...
i´m just wondering what to fold next...
a dinosaur? an animal? a fantasy creature? or something totally different?
has anyone got a tip?

Chinese Zodiac by John Montroll, each model from 13x13cm Kami.
Most of the models are really nice, I didn't like the Tiger and the Monkey that much though.
So long and keep folding ^_^
